Next Week is the Annual Home Owners Meeting
All Owners were sent Proxy Cards that allow the HOA to conduct the meeting in the event you cannot attend in person
We cannot hold the meeting (Required by Law) unless we receive a minimum number of proxy card and or resident in attendance at the meeting
Please send your cards to UPA, Drop them off with a Board Member, or a neighbor that is attending the meeting.

HOA Board of Directors
The HOA Board meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00pm (Executive Session begins at 6:30pm). All meetings excluding the Annual Meeting in January (Held at Queens Lake Middle School) are held at the clubhouse. If the location of the meeting changes, the neighborhood sign will indicate the new location and time. |
